Return Process

  Log in to your Miffy Shop account and visit the 'Order History' section to select the items you wish to return and receive a digital return authorization.

  Pack Your Items

  Carefully place the unworn garments back into their original packaging, ensuring all designer tags and hygiene seals remain intact.

  Affix Shipping Label

  Print the prepaid shipping label provided in your confirmation email and securely attach it to the outside of your return parcel.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Hand your package to the designated courier service and keep your tracking number handy; your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days of arrival.
